Job Description:
At JTS Health Partners, we are seeking a talented and
detail-oriented Electrical Designer to join our Engineering &
Design team. This role is pivotal in helping us deliver innovative
and efficient architectural and engineering solutions within the
healthcare sector. The Electrical Designer will be instrumental in
creating dynamic, cost-effective, and safe designs for electrical
systems in healthcare facilities. Leveraging the latest in design
technology and drawing from a deep understanding of current
engineering codes and standards, the ideal candidate will assist in
propelling our healthcare projects to the highest standards of
excellence and functionality. Design electrical systems, including
power distribution, lighting, alarm, and other related systems for
healthcare facilities. Prepare and revise engineering drawings,
schematics, and documents using CAD software. Conduct calculations
to ensure systems meet the electrical code requirements and other
regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
to integrate electrical designs with other building systems.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure correct
implementation of designs during construction. Participate in
project meetings and provide technical support to other team
members and stakeholders. Utilize and stay current with the latest
technologies and industry trends to enhance project quality and
efficiency. Proficient in CAD software, especially AutoCAD
Electrical. Strong understanding of electrical design principles
and current electrical codes and standards. Excellent analytical
and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and
collaboration abilities. Capability to multitask and manage
priorities in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certified in AutoCAD
Electrical preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license or working
toward it is a plus.
