Job Description:
Saint Alphonsus Health System seeks a Certified Registered Nurse
Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our multidisciplinary team across Idaho
and Oregon. This role includes administering anesthesia and
providing care before, during, and after surgical procedures. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to
patient-centered care, aligned with our mission to deliver
compassionate, holistic health services. Administer anesthesia and
manage patient's pain levels before, during, and post-surgery.
Monitor patient's vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels during
procedures. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other
medical professionals to determine the best anesthesia care plans.
Educate patients and families on pre-operative and post-operative
care. Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to all hospital
safety protocols. Participate in ongoing education to stay abreast
of industry trends and advancements in anesthesia care. Expertise
in anesthesia techniques and medications Strong analytical and
decision-making skills Proficient in monitoring and using
anesthesia equipment Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and
