Make a Real Impact in Community Mental Health We are seeking passionate, clinically licensed therapists to join a growing outpatient residential treatment program supporting individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful care through individual therapy, group sessions, and creative community-based interventions - including outdoor and non-traditional therapeutic settings. What You'll Do Provide individual and group therapy sessions Facilitate skills training and psychoeducational groups Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Build strong therapeutic relationships with diverse client populations Deliver services both in clinical settings and community environments Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes ???? Requirements Master's Degree in a related field Active clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMSW or equivalent clinical licensure) Experience providing therapy and behavioral health services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively Experience with electronic health records preferred ????
