With a lightweight product line designed for punishment, our relentless dedication to infiltrate the masses has created a company that is the reflection of the riders psyche, struggles, and passion.We're headquartered in an epicenter of mountain bike country just outside of Boise, Idaho in Nampa.Now is your chance to join our warehouse department as Customer Service Representative. We offer great benefits including: Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Health Care Benefits, and DEITY Product and branding. Summary--- Provide exceptional customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations and options.--- Support Sales directives, manage sales strategies, receive and enter sales orders.--- Build Retail and Dealer relationships as well as Consumer engagement.--- Individual must reside in the Boise, Idaho area. This is a 9-5, Monday through Friday salary position. Will include additional time for events and travel.General Accountabilities --- Provides excellent customer service, information about products or services, takes or enters orders, supports sales strategies and programs.--- Travels and attends select Mountain Bike events to promote DEITY philosophy and products.--- Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.--- Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.--- Must exhibit exceptional proactive work ethic, attention to detail and drive to self improve.--- Develop long term customer relations.--- Monitor, interact and support social media customer support.--- Manage communications on forums and leading MTB media sites.--- Maintains customer contact to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.--- Refers customer issues to designated departments for resolution.--- Processes orders, credits, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.--- Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.--- Engages with consumers to offer support, guidance, service, and to spread the passion of DEITY.--- *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
