our business. Overview: The Associate Account Executive, Inside
Sales is tasked with driving new business growth through
cold-calling and developing new accounts using both
company-provided leads and self-generated prospects. This position
focuses on acquiring new customers while also retaining and
expanding those accounts to build a book of business. Success in
this role requires identifying market opportunities, cultivating
client relationships, and providing tailored solutions.
Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams ensures
alignment with corporate objectives. Strong communication,
negotiation, and closing skills are essential for exceeding sales
targets and generating substantial revenue growth.
Responsibilities: Cultivates and strengthen relationships with
existing accounts and builds relationships with new clients, making
educated recommendations on product offerings, and ensuring client
needs are met Collaborates with marketing and business development
teams to drive lead generation and maximize conversion. Conducts
cold calls and follow-up calls on leads and self-sourced prospects
to generate new business opportunities. Mines won existing parent
accounts for service expansion opportunities. Increases product and
unit sales outside of initial scope. Collaborates with internal
stakeholders to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and
proper servicing. Leverages company offerings, providing solutions
to a wide range of issues and tailoring service to client needs.
Delivers sales presentations to present product information,
features, and benefits to potential clients. Meets or exceeds
established sales quotas. Leads the sales process from initial
contact through proposal, negotiation, and finalization, ensuring
smooth transactions and client satisfaction. Maintains in-depth
knowledge of the full range of solution offerings and leverages
this knowledge to present service solutions to new or existing
clients. Provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales
cycle. Stays informed about industry trends and developments.
Allocates resources efficiently to maximize sales outcomes and
client satisfaction. Prepares reports on account statuses and sales
progress. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

building territorial client relationships and managing local
account needs. Proficient knowledge of sales processes and CRM
systems (eg, Salesforce) for tracking sales activity, managing
contacts, and supporting business development. Ability to balance
multiple clients within a region, adapting quickly to changing
priorities or client needs while maintaining service quality.
Physical Requirements: This job will operate in a regular office
environment with minimal exposure to physical risks. This position
requires minimal to moderate physical activity, including extended
time sitting at a desk, with occasional time standing and walking.

Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base
pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the
US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by
the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education,
and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base
pay plus a comprehensive benefits program. Salary Range: $22.00 –
$24.00 / hour Pay Transparency Statement: At United Site Services,
