candidates for a Maintenance Electrician located in Nampa, ID. We
are the country's premier source for custom closets and
organizational solutions; designed, custom-cut, and shipped
directly to our clients.Primary Purpose of Position:This position
maintains production equipment and the working facility to enable
teams to safely manufacture high quality products in an efficient,
timely and complete manner.Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing
equipmentComplete a variety of projects as assignedTroubleshoot
mechanical, electrical, electronic, and PLC issuesUtilize basic
machining tools, powered hand tools, and other maintenance-related
equipmentRead machine drawings and control schematicsApply
electrical, electronic, and PLC experienceAdhere to all safety
requirementsParticipate in problem-solving initiatives, Kaizen
events, and lean manufacturing activitiesOther duties as
assignedLives Company values on a daily basis.Poses no direct

Experience:Journeyman Electricians License issued by the state of
Michigan/Idaho Certifications/Licenses/Registrations:Valid driver's
licenseKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Demonstrate excellent listening
and communication skillsExhibit strong attention to detailSolid
analytical skillsAble to work quickly and efficientlyAble to work
both independently and as part of a teamActively participates in
all team meetings and eventsInterpersonal skills in order to work
effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The

personnel in an office and a manufacturing environmentAbility to
take the initiative and work well independently with little
supervision, and as part of a teamPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK
ENVIRONMENT:Able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs,
scaffolding, etc.Able to perform full range of body movements, such
as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawlingAble to perform
activities requiring repetitive motionsAble to lift, push and pull
up to 50 poundsAble to tolerate an environment where sawdust
particles are presentAbility to provide and receive communication
in an environment with a high level of ambient noisePossesses
strong visual acuitySitting at workstation approximately 5 percent

timeMust be able to travel between plant and office
