Furthermore, maintaining keen organization of training documentation to maintain sustainability of employee knowledge and skills.From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include:Develop onboarding programs for new employees to make sure they are comfortable in their work environment Ensure all employees are effectively trained on GMPs, policies, procedures, plant operations and process, and equipment operations Create and utilize training programs to address skill gaps in employees and-- Prepare new standard operating procedures (SOP), update current SOP, and utilize SOP to ensure standardization of all plant processes and procedures Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office 360 programs including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Photo to create effective training programs and maintain organization of employee trainingRequirements----From your STORY to oursQualified applicants will contribute the following: Background: Manufacturing equipment operations and/or training in a technical role. Experience: 3-5 yrs. experience in related field; required Physical Skills: regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level is usually moderate. Behavioral Skills: The employee must have good interpersonal skills and be able to remain calm and patient in stressful situations to ensure a positive experience for the trainees. Also, must be able to effectively give constructive feedback to trainees to help them understand their rate of development.--Education Education: Associates or Bachelors
degree--Experience Experience: 3-5 yrs. experience in related field; requiredSpecialized Knowledge Knowledge: Understanding of how to properly train groups of people or individuals to complete tasks. Medium-to-high technical knowledge regarding manufacturing equipment.Skills / Abilities Physical Skills: regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
