Job DescriptionCastle Tire / Laborer, $17/hour + OT ($25.50/hour) over 40 hours worked

• You will join a hard-working recycling team and help significantly reduce the impact of tire waste on our environmentWhat to Expect:The General Laborer position involves performing a variety of tasks in all aspects of the plant's functions and assisting the plant manager with other duties such as:
  • Route Helper: You will ride with a professional CDL driver and assist them with curbside collection
  • Processor: You will work with a team to hand unload tires from incoming trailers onto a conveyor belt for processing
  • Tire Grade: You will work with the grade team to inspect tires for defects and hand load customer trailersBenefits:

      • Must be at least 18 years of age
      • Legally able to work in the United States
      • Previous experience in a similar work environment
      • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
      • Must be able to work in elements of weather
