Must be open to working the night shift (with $2.00/hour night premium paid).Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Safe and efficient operation of assigned duties.Maintain an organized, clean work area and perform all tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).Maintain and exceed efficiency standards set for operating areaIdentify, count, sort and visually inspect bakery items.Accurately record any product analysis data or counts, as required by SQF Food Safety ProceduresRelated duties as assignedSafety Responsibility: Use proper LOTO process when required while performing operator or clean up dutiesFollow plant safety rules and proceduresEncourage safe work techniques for all employees (mentor/coach)Perform all duties safely and to use discretion to prevent injuries.Complete annual safety refresher training requirements. Minimum Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong attention to detail and a personal commitment to high quality workAbility to quickly learn new job tasks and flexibility to work in different jobs as needed.Ability to identify and analyze problems and plan solutions. Have an "ownership mindset"Must have reliable attendance to meet employer's attendance standards for 24/7 production facility.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood hand -eye coordination.
