This includes the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of patient plan of care from admission to discharge.This is an onsite position - you will work from a location within the hospital campus.Schedule: 3 12'2, 1845-1915, Sign-on bonus is available!GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing. -
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in health condition management, which must include adult condition management.
