quality of care.We are seeking to hire an RN for our West Chinden
Clinic supporting both Family Practice and Pediatrics.As an RN in
the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing
care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a
positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will
administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide
education and resources to patients and families based on their
needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical
staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential
information.Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions
and take action in stressful situations, while providing
outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent
communication skills and must be a team player.Schedule: 4 10 hr
shifts (day off TBD) General Requirements:
- Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
-Education:
- An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program
accredited by ACEN or CCNELicense/Certification: - - - - - -
- Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to
hire date.
- Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho
Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
- All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application
in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire
date.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from
either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at
hire
