Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:As a Registered Nurse within our Neurosurgery Clinic, you will be responsible for providing care with compassion and kindness, while promoting a positive patient experience. This position will help support post-op appointments, patient rooming, surgery clearances and various other clinical tasks. - You will also be expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.To be an ideal candidate, you should have well developed critical-thinking skills; able to make quality decisions and take appropriate action in stressful situations, while still providing a high-quality level of care. In addition, you should have strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively as part of a team.Additional Information: Our Neurosurgery Clinic is located on the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center campus in Boise, off of I-184 and Curtis Road. The schedule for this position will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8-hour shifts. General Requirements:

• Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred. -Education:
  • An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNELicense/Certification: - - - - - -
    • Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
    • Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
    • All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date.
