While working MF: independently runs the whole MF system, including the pre/post MF treatment equipment, and both milk skimming systems ( MF
and
HTST#1 ). Manages the skim milk, sweet cream, and the MF retentate silos. Stays in close communication the Milk Intake and the Mozzarella Make departments. While work Whey Pre-treatment: independently runs the whey pre-treatment system, clarifies separators, whey cream HTST, and the milk UF. Manages the whey buffer silos. Stays in close communication with the whey plant and strings department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities, this includes the following, other duties may be assigned:Operates equipment (MF system and/or Whey pre-treatment) and records all pertinent data on the record sheet.Takes necessary samples to ensure proper equipment operation and compliance with Lactalis regulations.Work closely with the Quality and Food Safety Team to ensure the quality and specifications of the product are continually being met.Apply the safety rules and ensure they are implemented and followed.RequirementsFrom your STORY to ours*Qualified applicants will contribute the following:The ideal candidate will be proactive and dynamic, flexible and receptive to new ideas, analytical and attentive to detail.
