Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Certified Medical Assistant-
CCM/RPM.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Enrollment: Guide patients through the enrollment process
for healthcare programs
Program Eligibility Assessment: Evaluate patient eligibility for
specific healthcare programs
Patient Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations with
patients to explain healthcare program benefits and
requirements
Required Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant from a nationally accredited
institution
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and
diagnoses
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and computer
applications
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct when
handling patient information
