You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be essential in coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Boise location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our projects and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.----KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Communicate project updates and address concerns with stakeholders
• Analyze data to drive improvements that deliver measurable results
• Deliver standard reports accurately and on-time
• Ability to occasionally work outside of traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations; coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner--YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver's License--WE VALUE
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
