***This position is eligible for consideration of a $10,000 sign on bonus and relocation assistance! In addition, we offer competitive wages, on-call pay, and shift differentials depending on work schedules.***
As an RN at Saint Alphonsus Health System, you provide hands-on patient care while collaborating with colleagues, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing resources wisely. You serve as a patient advocate by promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. You also educate patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and develop care plans based on patient needs.
In this department we proudly care for more than 300 patients each month with a variety of injuries and illnesses--from scheduled elective cases to emergencies. We have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in our brand new facility and our department has a family environment with positive colleagues and providers.
*About this position: *You will work in our surgery prep and recovery department assisting in endoscopy and in our pain clinic performing moderated sedation and assisting anesthesia providers.
*License/Certification Requirements:*

* Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing

* Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS

* ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire
