Overview:Cheerfully greets each customer that enters the store. Checksmembership cards. Promptly and accurately assists customers withexchanges and refunds. Ensures every customer is satisfied byanswering all questions politely and quickly. Answers telephones,directing calls to correct department. Takes action to increasecustomer satisfaction and keep customers returning. Shows regardfor safety of self and others. Adheres to cashier policies andprocedures when cashiering. Has an awareness of protecting thecompany against loss.Qualifications:Include, but are not limited to:Detail oriented and very organizedSelf motivatedAble to communicate effectively verbally and in writingFriendly, positive demeanorAble to produce accurate work even in pressure situationsAble to positively interact with vendors, customers and coworkersExcellent customer satisfaction skills
