Personal Injury Attorney to join our office. The attorney will be
responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research,
negotiating settlements, and representing clients in personal

degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York
State Bar Personal Injury Experience Proven ability to provide
legal advice, conduct research, and negotiate settlements Strong
advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent
clients effectively Excellent written and verbal communication
skills What You Will Be Doing? Provide legal advice and guidance to
clients on personal injury matters. Conduct legal research and
analyze case law to support the development of legal strategies.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal
proceedings, including pre-trial conferences, depositions, and
mediations. Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and
settlement agreements. Collaborate with senior attorneys and other
staff to ensure the smooth handling of cases. - For this position,
