Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector,
is seeking an ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA) to join
their team. As an ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA), you
will be part of the ERP Transformation Department supporting
cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong
leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a
proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA)
Location: Boise, ID / San Jose, CA / Remote (West Coast or Mountain
Time preferred) What's the Job? Lead finance-focused ERP
workstreams across design, build, and UAT phases Partner with
finance, IT, supply chain, and external SI teams to ensure program
alignment and progress Facilitate discussions that translate
complex topics into clear, actionable decisions Drive governance,
milestones, risks, and action items across a global team Help
finance teams understand the changes and their significance in the
transformation process What's Needed? 8 years of project or program
management experience Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA
implementations, ideally in finance Strong understanding of core
finance processes (R2R, costing, inventory, close) Comfort working
in global, matrixed environments Ability to connect dots, ask
insightful questions, and drive outcomes What's in it for me?
