Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities -Shop Operations -Conducting opening and closing operationsCash Handling oversight and protocol - -Assist with follow through on training plans -Lead by example -Hold employees accountable to company focuses and downtime cleaning checklists to remain busy during business hours -Ensure the team is in dresscode and ready to work -Paying attention to business flow and sending others home when it doesn't warrant more than one person on a shift -High capability of problem solving skills -Can work autonomously and follows through on all requirements and responsibilities on a shift -Communicates between shifts on items that occurred and where items were left for the opener/closer -Assist the Shop Manager + Director of Operations with communicating any repairs or items that need to be addressed for functionality. -Submits Inventory on Thursdays and Sundays to Ashley Gibson - Production Supervisor -Upholds and leads by example for company cleanliness standardsOrganization of BOH and FOH items -Ensures all healthcode items are followed through on and addressed during shifts -Handles customer complaints by putting the customer first and making the situation rightEnsures that all employees on a shift are up to date on company communication and understand the direction and focus for the week -Uphold company standards with customer service - Customer is always first. -Takes pride in their work and presence within the company and is someone the Store Manager and Director of Operations can trust to make good decisions. -Characteristics -Above average communication skills -A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a team environment -Great attention to details and cleanliness -Ability to problem solve in the moment utilizing our Core Values as a guide to accomplish seeking solutions. -An enthusiasm for ice cream and the brand -Inventive thinking on ways to grow and make systems better
