• Board Certified Anesthesiologist (Required)

• Active Idaho License or IMLC LOQ (Required)

• DEA/CSR (Required)

Clinical Requirements

• Comfortable with Regional Anesthesia (Required)
• Comfortable performing own cases (Required)
• Comfortable working in a Supervising/Care Team Model (Required)

Availability RequiredCoverage Need

• 1.5-2 weeks per month
• Ongoing assignment beginning ASAP

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Approximately 50-60 hours per week
• 50 hours guaranteed per week
• Guarantees do not apply during weeks with requested time off

Call RequirementsWeeknight Call

• In-House Call
• 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Approximately 1-2 nights per month
• Includes next-day post-call time and pre-call shift

Weekend Call

• In-House Coverage
• Approximately 1 weekend per month

Typical weekend assignments include:

• Friday 3:00 PM - Sunday 7:00 AM, or
• Saturday 7:00 AM - Sunday 7:00 AM

Excluded Cases

• No Cardiac Cases
• No Complex Pediatrics
• No Transplant Cases
