Required Skills: Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesia experience Valid Idaho medical license or eligible for Idaho license/IMLC Current DEA and CSR licenses Proficiency in performing own cases or working effectively within a supervising/care team model Comfortable with regional anesthesia techniques Ability to start OB sections with CRNA support Strong communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with trauma anesthesia procedures Prior work in community hospital settings Ability to handle diverse anesthesia cases excluding cardiac, transplants, or complex pediatrics Flexibility to cover both Boise and Nampa locations as needed Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree with completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency At least 1 year of anesthesia practice post-residency Demonstrated competence in regional anesthesia and trauma support Other Requirements: Availability to work during scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and call rotations Willingness to cover a minimum of 2 full weeks per month, with preference for full-time availability Must be able to support scheduled coverage starting June 1, 2026 Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and ongoing professional development Embark on this rewarding journey with us apply today to become part of a dedicated team committed to exceptional patient care and professional growth!
