Pulmonary-Critical Care Board Certified in Critical Care Fellowship
in Critical Care ID License ACLS, BLS ID DEA Immunization records
including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID Facility: A
General Medical and Surgical Hospital Trauma: Level 2 Schedule:
Dates: ASAP - Ongoing through -20 shifts per month 7pm-7am No Call
Assignment : Inpatient ICU Rounding with pulmonary consult Some
supervision of FM residents EMR: Epic
