specialized in operating room care an opportunity to contribute in
a dynamic surgical environment located in Nampa, ID. The role
supports procedures in a level 2 trauma center, requiring fast
response times and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Schedule and Hours: 10-hour shifts from 6:15 AM to 5:15 PM Shifts
are consistent weekly but not consecutive days Call duty includes
2-3 twelve-hour shifts over each six-week period, covering weekends
and holidays (7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM) Up to one stay-late
shift per week (call coverage until 7:15 PM for 10-hour shifts or
9:15 PM for 12-hour shifts) Key Responsibilities: Provide
perioperative nursing care within the operating room Respond to
trauma center needs within a 30-minute call response window
Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure patient safety
and effective procedure flow Maintain readiness for on-call duties,
including nights, weekends, and holidays Desired Qualifications:
Current RN license with operating room nursing experience Ability
to respond promptly during on-call shifts Experience working in
trauma or acute care settings preferred Strong clinical judgment
