Physicist for an exciting Travel Allied job in Boise, ID. Shift:

Travel Medical Physicist Fusion Medical Staffing Facility in Boise,
Idaho Job Details Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled
Medical Physicist for a 13-week travel assignment in Boise, Idaho.
Two years' recent experience as a Medical Physicist in a radiation
therapy department Valid Medical Physicist license in compliance
with state regulations Medical physicists are responsible for the
safe and effective use of radioactive equipment at hospitals and
research laboratories. Planning and ensuring safe and accurate
treatment of patients undergoing radiation therapies Providing
expert advice on radiation protection to minimize exposure risks to
patients, staff, and the public Manage comprehensive radiotherapy
quality assurance programs Oversee the design, operation, and
maintenance of radiation equipment, ensuring optimal functionality
and safety Conduct regular calibration and maintenance of equipment
to ensure compliance with safety regulations Write detailed reports
documenting procedures, results, and compliance with safety
protocols Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of
medical physics The ability to read, write, and communicate in the
English language Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a
stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push,
pull, and bend Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to
grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when
assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment Mental
Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the
general public and customers while meeting deadlines under
pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision
occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other
personnel. Sensory - Must possess visual acuity and ability to
