Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $26.50 - $34.00 Pay Information:
$10,000.00 sign-on bonus! Department Overview Our facility features

ratio, and a strong emphasis on teamwork. Position Summary The
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering
professional nursing care to residents of all ages in a long-term
care setting, under the guidance of a registered nurse, advanced
practice provider, or physician. The LPN will apply nursing
principles relevant to the clinical environment and demonstrate
proficiency within the full scope of nursing practice. This
includes adhering to age-specific standards that address both the
physical and psychosocial needs of residents as outlined in their
care plans. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring the health,
comfort, and safety of residents. Contributing to resident
assessments and administering prescribed medications or treatments.
Providing technical support to healthcare professionals as
necessary. Documenting resident interactions and outcomes related
to care, medication, behavior, activities, and dietary needs.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with residents,
healthcare providers, and the community. Collaborating effectively
with interdisciplinary care teams. Communicating clearly while
maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Counseling
residents and their families on prevention and treatment plans
under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. Applying
knowledge of resident education principles to create self-care
programs. Performing additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program as a
Licensed Practical Nurse; an Associate degree in practical nursing
is preferred. If IV therapy/management skills are required,
candidates must have graduated from a Board-approved AASPN program
that includes IV therapy or completed an IV Therapy course approved
by the North Dakota Board of Nursing. Completion of a pre-licensure
nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across
the lifespan, or a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN in
another facility. Specific roles may have additional educational or
training requirements. Possession of an unencumbered Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing Board, or
multi-state licensure privileges. Commitment to obtaining and
maintaining required department-specific competencies and
certifications, including annual continuing education units (CEUs)
