Job Description:
Saint Alphonsus Health System invites dedicated and

This role requires proficiency in a dynamic healthcare environment
where patient care is prioritized through innovative and empathetic
practices. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with
established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare
organization. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as
appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance
with healthcare regulations. Coordinate with healthcare team
members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans. Participate in educational workshops to maintain and enhance
nursing skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and safety standards. Offer support and advice to
patients and their families, providing a compassionate link between
them and the healthcare system. Adept in using EMR systems Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to manage time and prioritize
effectively Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid
registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. CPR
certified and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred.
