As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you will play a critical role in managing high acuity patients and supporting their journey toward recovery. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside leading healthcare professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where patient wellness is prioritized through holistic approaches. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions while maintaining accurate patient records. Administer medications, track vitals, and utilize advanced technology for patient monitoring. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans with a focus on patient safety and efficacy. Educate patients and their families on illness and injury prevention for smoother recoveries and informed health management strategies. Handle emergency interventions as well as support in critical care recovery phases. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting High proficiency in managing acute patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Soft skills including empathy, emotional intelligence, and resilience Adept at multitasking and working in a high-pressure environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred
