Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Nampa, Idaho. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights, flexible Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Provide care for telemetry patients including Heart Failure, COPD, Sepsis, AFib, Pneumonia, Stroke, detox, and suicidal holds Administer and monitor set-rate cardiac drips (Diltiazem, Heparin, Amiodarone, Lidocaine) Interpret and sign off telemetry strips (SpaceLabs) Collaborate within a team nursing model alongside lead RNs and CNAs Utilize CPAP, BiPAP (patients on >4 hours transfer to ICU), and High Flow oxygen Float to Med-Surg on site and Tele units in Meridian or Boise as needed Accurately document patient care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team Requirements Experience Minimum 1 year RN experience First-time travelers accepted Must be a strong team player Licenses / Certifications BLS ACLS NIHSS Staffing & Ratios Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4 CNAs: 1:8 (3 CNAs when unit is full) Dedicated Charge Nurse (no patient assignment) Administrative Supervisor onsite 24/7 Scheduling Unit-scheduled 12-hour shifts Shifts may be blocked or grouped Weekend and holiday coverage as needed No call or standby requirement Job ID: T4H - 914 About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
