Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Nampa, Idaho. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/10/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job ID: T4H - 914 Job Summary: Provide critical care nursing in a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit at Nampa Hospital, Floor 1, managing patients with complex medical conditions and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: - Administer and titrate drips: Propofol, Levophed, Dobutamine, Vasopressin, Fentanyl, Epinephrine, Diltiazem. - Collaborate with charge nurse, admin supervisor (24/7), and crisis nurse (24/7). - Work with CNA support (1 per shift). - Monitor patients, interpret telemetry strips, and manage critical care interventions. - Float to Tele ICU (1:3 ratio preferred) or to Meridian and Boise ICUs as needed. - Participate in 1–2 shifts of unit-specific orientation depending on experience. Equipment / Resources: - RT Equipment: Vents, High Flow, BiPAP. RTs available 24/7. - Intensivist: Available via telehealth 24/7. - Tele/Monitor Techs: Not available; RNs required to read strips (Spacelabs). Shifts & Scheduling: - 12-hour shifts, 7 AM – 7 PM, scheduled by unit scheduler. Shifts may be blocked or grouped. - Weekend Coverage: As needed, ideally every other weekend. - Holiday Coverage: As needed. - Call / Standby: None. - Scrub Color / Dress Code: Any professional, clean attire.
