Job SummarySt. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry team in Nampa, Idaho. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to complex medical patients in a 24-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4.About the RoleThis is a 12-hour shift position with opportunities for night shifts and shift differentials. Our team uses a self-scheduling model, and we offer a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for new hires. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with post-cardiac intervention, hemodialysis, and cardiac arrhythmias.Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care
• Participate in team nursing model to support staff and improve patient safetyRequirements
  • Education: Nursing Degree
  • Experience: One (1) + years' RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Health & Safety InstituteWhat We Offer
