  May work a holiday if there is a need during contract. No Call Required. Requirements:
  • ID license
  • Must have 3 years of L&D experience
  • Will accept 2 years with prior travel experience Or 3 years with no travel
  • Must have mother baby experience- prefer 1 year
  • Must have experience and be able to attend deliveries and complete 1 hour of newborn care, triage, Circulate C/S, and provide Postpartum Couplet Care
  • Must have experience with magnesium
  • ACLS, BLS, NRP, Stable
  • Charge nurse experience preferred Others:
    • # of LDRP Beds: 14 LDRP- patients stay in the same room
    • Common diagnoses/Types of patients: 32 week gestation and greater, HTN-getting mag, BACs, TOLACs, some gestational diabetes, community has a lot of home birth midwives so a lot of the population comes in for medical intervention and pain control. Do have some antepartum patients. Do not take placenta previa or placenta accreta. Serve a very diverse population
