Operations for our Healthcare food service business vertical, you
will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and
operational excellence of our organization's healthcare food
services. You will lead diverse teams, innovate standards, and
exceed expectations at every turn. With a keen focus on financial
goals and regulatory compliance, you're driving excellence while
fostering team engagement and building lasting relationships.
You're not just overseeing operations; you're shaping the future of
hospitality with every decision.Your contributions will be
instrumental in:Leadership and Supervision:Supervise Regional
multi-state teams and articulate a clear vision.Hold regular touch
bases with leaders and organize District Manager meetings.Support
new business openings and contribute best practices via various
platforms.Provide oversight to an operations support
function.Operations:Operationalize strategic plan and ensure
contract compliance and renewal processes.Interface with various
departments and develop standardized operating tools.Collaborate to
innovate concepts and programs and measure client
satisfaction.Review and align development plans with company
strategy.Client Relations:Interface professionally with clients,
team members, and customers.Conduct bi-annual business reviews with
clients and ensure contractual commitments.Discuss progress toward
initiatives and ensure alignment with client priorities.Conduct
negotiations and amendments in a timely manner.Human Resource
Management:Communicate effectively with team members and provide
constructive feedback.Demonstrate and promote company and client
cultures, values, and philosophies.Ensure compliance with human
resource policies and procedures.Hire, orient, develop, and coach
leaders and maintain a professional demeanor.Develop succession and
growth plans and encourage safety and wellness programsLearning and
Development:Attend industry events and contribute to training and
development.Promote learning programs and oversee individual
development plans.Conduct touch-base conversations regarding
performance and development goals.Encourage collaboration and
cross-district supportFinance:Oversee budgeted PCI, EBITDA, and
client financial obligations for the region.Hold District Managers
accountable for financial stewardship and budget compliance.Analyze
financial statements and benchmark business segments.Address
purchasing opportunities and uphold internal controls.Make sound
business decisions and develop capital plans to support innovation
and growth.What you will needBachelors degree in business
administration, operations management, or related field. MBA
encouraged.Proven track record of success in a senior operations
management role with at least 10 years of experience managing food
service operations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to
inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.Excellent
analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for
identifying operational efficiencies and implementing effective
solutions.Proficiency in strategic planning and financial
management.ServSafe CertifiedPosition may require travel > 50%
