GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides clinical supervision and oversight to substance use disorder treatment services for the Terry Reilly Clinics. Organizes and conducts outreach, advocacy and/or educational activities within the community.ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Performs the Essential Duties of a SUD therapist.
  
• Ensures staff meet and maintain the requirements of their respective job descriptions, and provide excellent care to patients.
  
• Ensures that treatment staff adheres to the ethical guidelines for their respective disciplines including any applicable governing bodies.
  
• Meets with staff on a regular basis to provide individualized consultation regarding caseload, clients and professional development.
  
• Provides supervision for therapists working toward clinical endorsement.
  
• Conducts personnel evaluations of staff utilizing chart review and feedback from key stakeholders, Behavioral Health Director, and/or referral sources.
  
• Meets with or calls referral sources as needed to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction with program services, providers, policies and procedures.
  
• Maintains and monitors for completion of quality assurance activities for appropriate funders and referral sources.
  
• Ensures that staffing patterns provide coverage all types of leave and that all individual care and group services occur.
  
• Participates in budget preparations, monitoring, and/or modifications.
  
• Direct contact, coordination and collaboration with Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health and Allumbaugh House staff as appropriate.
  
  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  
  • 
    
  • Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare Criminal Background Check.
    
  • Current LCPC or LCSW with the State of Idaho.
    
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    
  • 2 years of applicable substance use disorder clinical experience, including MAT.
    
  • Thorough knowledge of state & local substance use disorder treatment resources.
    
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    
    • 
      
    • 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity with demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial management, supervision, personnel management, employee performance assessment, and data collection and reporting.
      
    • 2 years providing clinical supervision in a behavioral health setting.
      
    • Approved supervisor with the State of Idaho Counseling or Social Work Board.
