Specific dates in 2022 Board requirement: Board certified Shifts:
Days plus call Shift Responsibility: Clinic and call Subspecialty:
Interventional Procedures: STEMI interventions , TEE, balloon
pumps, coronary stents, IVUs and IFR Census: 15 to 20 Back-up:
NP/PA EMR: Other Trauma designation: Level II License requirement:
Must be ID licensed before presentation Privileges: 4 weeks Partner
