About the position: Our Emergency Department in Nampa on 12th Avenue is freestanding and equipped with 16 beds to help us serve a wide variety of patient needs. We see many types of injuries and illnesses, including respiratory ailments, fractures, and allergic reactions. We proudly provide the best possible care through phenomenal teamwork and commitment.
This is a night shift position with a schedule of 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (3 shifts per week) although part-time day shifts will be considered. Our ideal candidate will have some RN experience and will have obtained their ACLS. In addition, they will have experience with taking care of critical patients and be able to utilize critical thinking and assessment skills to prioritize patient needs. They will have a desire to take care of all types of patients and enjoy working with a team.
Requirements:

• One or more years of RN experience in an emergency setting is preferred
• Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon (required within six months of hire)
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network is required unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS
• ACLS and PALS certifications are required within 6 months of hire
• NRP and TNCC certifications are required within one year of hire
