Responsible for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Sanitation Practices (GSPs), quality of conformity, and quality of services. Inspect and audit the operation in all phase of quality performance. Represent the plant during inspections and audits with customers, third party, and regulatory agencies.EducationBachelor s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related fieldsExperience5+ years
experience in both Quality Control and Quality Assurance7+ Years ManagementKnowledgeComputer operating systems like Microsoft Office s Word (word processing) and Excel (data spreadsheets)ISO quality management systemsHACCPStatistical process regarding regulatory agencies, i.e. USDA, FDA, etc.
