Put your innovative Technical Solutions to work to drive strong business results in Sodexo's University Facilities!Sodexo is seeking a remote solutions-oriented Asset Management Team Leader that will direct and guide the Asset Management Team for Sodexo Universities Segment Client locations across the country. The Asset Management Framework Team Leader is a Subject Matter Expert in Hard Facilities management situations within Building Infrastructure and Utility Systems, Facility Assessment, etc.Are You the One?Our clients depend on your expertise to help them to optimize their business. The scope of this Leadership position will cover our Nationwide Universities Facilities Clients / Accounts. Travel requirements: this role is a remote position that requires travel up to 90% and a valid driver's license. Will need to live within 30 miles of a large airport.In this Role, You Will:Assume a Leadership position in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical suppliers and technical maintenance service providersEnsure that effective and efficient systems are in place to enable superior performance that will ultimately drive value for our clientsNegotiate Sodexo's Best in Class Internal Service landscapes to build relationships and service level agreements to serve our clientsContribute to drive business development and retention objectives across all University Facility accounts via offer, technical capability, service excellence and education to internal and external clients and customersDevelop acceptance tests and inspection criteria, including asset utilization, overall equipment effectiveness, remaining useful life, and other parameters that define operating condition, reliability and costs of assetsProvide leadership and management of indirect reports to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety/security systemsBe fully accountable for ensuring Asset Reliability Centered Maintenance Plan is complete and executed by direct and indirect reportsProfessionally and systematically define, design, develop, monitor and refine engineering solutions to repetitive failures and asset maintenance plans that include value-added preventive maintenance tasks, effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies, root cause analysis (RCA) and root cause failure analysis (RCFA), as well as failure reporting, analysis and corrective actionIs this opportunity right for you?
