Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire & train an Assistant Event Manager to help oversee our new clients and events that are rolling out this year. This is an entry-level position with fully paid training and the opportunity for growth into an executive management role after completion of training program

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of the marketing strategies
  • Establish correlations between marketing activities and revenue
  • Manage expenditures and keep marketing budget in check
  • Research and examine new opportunities and the best practices in niche markets
  • Design specialized campaigns for a specific targeted population
  • Suggest improvements regarding communications and imagery
  • Manage and examine current and potential acquisition channels
  • Coordinate, supervise and inspire members of marketing team
  • Keep abreast of marketing trends and best practices
  • Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation
    Requirements
    • Able to communicate face to face with customers and event team members
    • Able to work in and speak up in a group setting to reach a common goal
    • Ability to take charge and problem solve independently when needed
    • Mange time effectively to complete tasks while coming through for the client
    • At least one to two years relevant work experience and/or schooling
    • Must be comfortable working retail hours!
