Job Description: This position will be responsible for all
elements of the non-technical operations from point of patient
satisfaction, staff supervision / management as they perform tasks
in specimen collection, specimen processing, and couriering of
specimens, and managing all general business related functions of
the site / office. Specific Areas of Responsibility
- Direct and supervise phlebotomists, specimen processors, and
couriers within the sites responsibility.
- Supervisory responsibilities to include the following: staff
selection, turnover management, scheduling management, policy
compliance, productivity management, quality control, evaluations,
discipline/corrective action and training/development.
- Actively evaluate and monitor, all cost/expense categories
(especially personnel and associated expenses) on a monthly basis
and reduce any and all costs whenever possible.
- Actively evaluate and monitor the productivity and efficiency
of the site and all associated personnel as a mechanism to reduce
cost and enhance productivity.
- Participate in Corporate Manager meetings.
- Each employee will have a job description and all elements of
that job description will monitored on a monthly basis for each
direct report. General Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for all operational activities in given area,
including patient service centers, courier, specimen processing,
specimen collection and corporate reporting.
- Responsible for corporate compliance/quality.
- Annual improvements in all areas of responsibility through the
ongoing use of IQ tools.
- Direct/manage operations in a manner that facilitates/supports
sales in the area.
- Maintain Interpaths corporate culture at all facilities.
- Maintain compliance with all corporate policies, protocols and
procedures at site.

guidelines and requirements with respect to safety and health. This
includes, but is not limited to any mandates with respect to the
COVID-19 virus, such as PPE, testing, or vaccination rules, absent

and approved based on the circumstances presented. Minimum
Qualifications: Experience: Must have management experience of 2 or
more years with atleast 5 direct reports. Preference for healthcare
/ patient focused settings. Skills: Proficient use of Microsoft
Office products, use of multiple data bases, coordination of
people, effective meeting facilitator, effective written and oral
communications. Good communication skills; Accurate and detail
oriented; Good organizational skills; Experience with management of
