As a Subaru Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing Subaru vehicles to the highest standards. We are looking for an individual with a passion for automotive excellence, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our customers. You will also receive a guarantee, effective up to 90 days! Responsibilities: Conduct thorough diagnostics on Subaru vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Subaru vehicles according to factory specifications. Complete complex mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, drivelines, and other components. Stay up-to-date with the latest Subaru technologies, service bulletins, and repair techniques. Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to ensure accurate and efficient repairs. Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance technical skills. Assist and mentor junior technicians in developing their skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Subaru Master Technician certification is required. ASE certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Engine Repair, Transmission/Transaxle, Suspension, etc.) are highly desirable. Proven experience as a Subaru technician with a strong track record of successful repairs. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong understanding of automotive systems and components. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
