Anesthesia Technician Location: Boise, ID Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,689 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Anesthesia Technician Profession: Anesthesia Technician Specialty: Anesthesiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Variable Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years License: Not required Certifications: BLS Certification, Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.A.T.) via ASATT, Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.T.T.) via ASATT Must-Have: Pediatric experience preferred, 1 year of experience acceptable, experience with GE anesthesia machines and Mindray preferred Description: Support 38 rooms, including Main OR, CVOR, and various other suites. Perform cleaning and maintenance of anesthesia machines. Set up circuits and conduct anesthesia machine checks. Inventory and restock anesthesia machines and supply cabinets. Assist in moving items to needed locations while multitasking. Set up for arterial lines and assist CRNA; do not start IVs. Respond to codes such as OB Stat, Anesthesia Stat, Trauma, and Stroke Alerts. Charge nurse and tech supervisors will provide support. Anesthesiologists and CRNAs available 24/7. Equipment used includes GE anesthesia machines and Mindray. Required to wear scrubs, with locker and own OR shoes provided. Welcoming environment, seeking flexible travelers with a positive attitude. Support available as techs are utilized to their full scope of practice. Cancellation policy applies to 4 shifts per assignment. Epic is utilized for charting purposes. Weekend and holiday availability are required unless prior approved time off is arranged. Call is offered but not mandatory. Very rare potential to float to other locations within the department.
