Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Project Managers. They have many current and upcoming commercial / Education / Industrial projects. Benefits Compensation: $130k-$160k Benefits, 401k, PTO, company vehicle, etc. Stable / Reputable General Contractor with Consistent projects Growth opportunity and excellent company culture What You Will Be Doing Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources. Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements. Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans What You Need for this Position 5 Years' Experience as a Project Manager on projects related to Commercial, Education, Industrial, etc. Understanding of Construction documents Excellent planning and problem-solving skills - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
