Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be part of the Payroll Operations supporting HR and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Payroll Analyst Location: Boise, ID Pay Range: What's the Job? Lead the bi-weekly payroll process and off-cycle payroll cycles in a timely and compliant manner. Resolve complex issues related to taxes, deductions, timekeeping, and pay calculations. Support bonus payments, adjustments, and special payout processing. Assist and respond to employee and manager payroll inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Participate in system upgrades, configuration changes, regression testing, and pay rule validation. What's Needed? Experience working with payroll systems such as Workday or SAP preferred. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities. What's in it for me?
