A well-established medical school in Boise, Idaho is seeking a board-certified General Surgeon to join its faculty. This role is designed for surgeons who want to transition into academic medicine while maintaining limited clinical involvement. The position emphasizes teaching, mentorship, and curriculum development within a collaborative academic environment serving students across Idaho and the Mountain West. Faculty will participate in classroom instruction, small-group facilitation, simulation training, clinical skills education, and student advising. The institution offers modern infrastructure and administrative support to ensure a sustainable academic workload.
